When Wes and Rosemary married they knew that Rosemary had terminal cancer.  Although the wedding reception announcement (above) has an April date the wedding was postponed until June.  They were able to go to a place in Colorado that was special for Rosemary before her condition became so bad that she had to return to her home in Salem.  Rosemary died later in 1994.
